Medication – Via a doctor’s prescription several effective medicines are available to and anxiety attacks. These are usually anti-depressants and can take up to four weeks for the benefits to completely kick in so patients may well be required. There may also be side effects but you will be carefully monitored by your doctor to see if the benefits outweigh the negatives.
